This section explains how contributors earn points on the CapturGO app.
Important Notice Reward calculations and point values are subject to change at any time. Any updates will be communicated through official documentation and announcements. The information below reflects the Contributor Rewards structure as of February 3rd.
Movement Data Rewards
Users earn points by contributing real-world movement data.
Hexagon Crossings
1 Hexagon crossed = 1 Point
Road Report Rewards
Provide real-time road and traffic intelligence such as:
Traffic congestion
Police presence
Accidents / crashes
Points
5 Points for submitting a report
5 Points when your report is verified
10 Points for verifying another user’s report
Point of Interest (POI) Rewards
Help map and validate physical services such as:
EV chargers
Parking locations
Gas stations
Points
15 Points for adding a new Point of Interest
10 Points when your POI is verified
25 Points for verifying another user’s POI
Referral Rewards
Invite new users to CapturGO and earn points together.
25 Points for the referrer
25 Points for the referee
Referral Commissions
20% commission from Level 1 (L1) referrals
3% commission from Level 2 (L2) referrals
Commissions are active until March 21st, 2026
Trust Score System
To maintain high-quality data, CapturGO uses a Trust Score system.
How Trust Score Works
Your Trust Score increases when other users validate your POIs or reports
+0.10 for each verified submission
Your Trust Score decreases when submissions are rejected
–0.15 per rejection
